As a member of THE PRAIRIE CLUB, I agree to sponsoring the belowmentioned guest and all those included in their party for an upcoming trip during the 2026 season. (maximum group size – 8 people)

I acknowledge that I am responsible for any charges left unsettled at the end of their stay.

I am responsible for making the sponsored guests aware of all club policies and procedures, including etiquette and billing

I am aware I will be notified of any inappropriate behavior on behalf of my guests, as this may result in the loss of sponsorship privileges.

A $150 per bed deposit is required at the time of reservation for sponsored guests with a 45-day cancellation policy. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days from the reservation date, the deposit less a $25 admin fee will be returned. If any beds are cancelled within 45 days of reservation date, the applicable deposit is forfeited.

Sponsored Guests have the benefit of a la carte billing, meaning they pay for what they use. Stay & Play Packages including unlimited golf, are for non-sponsored public guests. Please ask the front desk, if you have any questions on sponsored guest billing and privileges!

Form / sponsored guest acknowledgement must be sent to the club directly by the sponsoring member.
